Thank you for sharing this game with us. The frustration you experienced and conveyed in the gameplay loop is palpable, as is the relief of finally being heard by a doctor, even though it really shouldn't have taken so long. I hope you're in a much better place now than you were before, and I wish you the very best.

I’m going to agree what everyone else is saying: there’s no need to apologize for not being able to make more “Yorkshire Gubbins”. I love the game, and amount of great jokes and characters you put into each episode was a delight (including the tutorial!) and it will remain one of my favourite point-&-click adventure games. I hope that whatever you work on next, whenever that may be, is enjoyable, and sustainable, for you to create. 💜
I love this game so much! The parallels between the beginning and ending scenes were perfect, the amount of depth in character writing and world-building was inspired, and the sex scenes were really fucking great. Plus the audio and visual presentation were both excellent, making it the cherry on top of a delightful narrative experience. Great job!
First of all, I’m glad to hear you’re doing well and that you feel confident in how this fresh take on the project is going.
Second of all, there’s no need to apologize: stuff happens in life and seemingly straightforward plans and goals can get derailed very quickly for a variety of reasons. I do appreciate your honesty about the game’s progress and what you plan to do next for the “Yorkshire Gubbins” project.
Even if it doesn’t pan out, I still love what you’ve done with this wacky world you’ve created, especially “Aye Fair Lady” which is honestly one of my favourite point-&-click adventure games. I wish you all the best, including lots of luck, on this project and any others you have in the future.
What a lovely game! You did a great job in terms of sound design, the puzzle choices were appropriate, and the writing felt believable and in-character. Also, I've gotta be honest, the bit near the end where Aziraphale and Crowley are finally able to be honest with each other had me tearing up. Well done!
